Any Good Code Seminars Or Classes In Chicago Land

I'm currently in a class that does an in depth look and explaining of the code for another trade and would like to take the same sort of class for plumbing. The class doesn't have to be geared toward contractors, I'm pretty sure I could keep up with a class geared towards plumbers. I know
I can just read the code but I have found the class room setting to be great for dissecting the code and having a paid professional explain all the subtleties is helpful for me. So has anyone taken anything like this around south Chicago land that they could recommend?
