Water Damage Repair

This is water damaged related. It is an entrance to an apartment unit. Walls are orange peel texture. Last picture, the paint is still wet and 'patchy'.

Gotta get that sparky over there to install the pot light trim. Looks good, the arched detail looks like it was added some time after the existing walls were built.

Yes that light was pretty well rusted thru....

Nice work!
but I can see the swoopy in the radius... a bit more over the latch side jamb than the hinge side.

(just in case anyone else is looking)
