Those prices would be decent if you were doing 200+ sheets in new construction. I would definitely mark up for getting stuff around carefully. Stocking rock could be bad have to see the place. Paintings gunna be like 500 bucks almost if you do it yourself. Hanging sheets on lids that are existing sucks pretty bad if you try to get it tight imo. Your gunna have to mark out joice or trusses, then cut everything to be tightfit without that gap for error. Takes longer then new stuff. How can you charge a board rate without knowing what texture your puttting on? orange peel or plaster again or a knockdown swirl.... I would say your closer to the arena of 2400 - 2800 without a general. This size job would be a waste to have one really. Thats in my area though.
