CT,
In the second set of pictures, the middle picture there are three houses showing. Any one of those houses cost less than 1 million $$$ ?

the farthest house is the 1st project ,the little buliding on the left is the barn/ garage for the 1st house ,
the right house is the 2nd project,
the pic of the equipment line up is the 3rd project
4 yr plan ,
all the finished homes are in the 5 mil range,,
the 1st has a deep water dock , add 1 mil
crazy, crazy, crazy
in between these "projects" my client lines up renovation side projects to keep all of us busy

CT,
You are a bigger operation than I thought. With 2 Case excavators you should be able to really produce the work. Do you like the one with the blade and thumb more than the standard machine?
