Have an inspection tommarow and will pour on Thursday and start the block on Sat. I started out with more of an overdig and then started to run out orf room for the spoils and cut it a bit tight hopefully we do not get any rain before I start the block work or maybee after I pour anf put in the foundation drains I will pull some dirt back.

Have been runing around try to drum up some work and doing some container work. No ledge on the site just 2 feet of sand and then soaking wet clay and ground water. See i have sump pit allready set up for the pump while we ae working.

By the way, that form material looks almost too nice to use for forms.

Yes my guys did the interior demo about two weeks ago .the house is going out on the side the back the front and up. After we do the new foundation walls we will be demo the existing foundation walls (poured concrete) I guess wil be bringing in the hammer. The forms are from 8 to 48 months old we try to keep them semi clean and oil them the first time we use them.

Here are some pics of me drilling the existing concrete walls so we can load the holes with Da'mite an expansive grout so we can demo the walls.

those walls wouldn't have tipped outta there with your 200 without the expsnion grout?

Yeah, we just pull/push the foundation walls in and pry up the floor slap with just the bucket of the trackhoe. No breaker or expansive grout here.

The 160 was on a nother job. And not all the walls were coming down only a section and the floors and footings have to stay.
