Thumbs down Parking lot curb replacement

We have a parking lot that got a lot of curbing damage during winter plowing. Who should repair this the plowing contractor or the building owner. Is this something covered by the plowing company insurance? Some advice on this would be appreciated. We asked the the contractor to help with the cost or fix it himself but he doesn't seem to want to.

Thanks

Julio

the snow removal contractor should, and that's why you insist on seeing a certificate of insurance before you have him work for you.
