Exclamation Need construction equipment 1/2 price?

This was just on the CBS news here:

Need a Skidsteer Loader? Need a slightly used fire engine? There's an auction this Saturday March 14th, 2009 at 9:00AM at 1450 Pennsylvania Avenue Colton, CA 92324.
Since the housing market collapsed, the home construction industry has all but dried up. All the heavy listing machinery construction companies used to build all of those boom homes are now sitting on auction lots going for up to half their market value.

Businesses like The Auction Company have seen their quarterly auctions double in the past five years. The company tells me there's no reserve price on any of this gear. That way, they can sell just about everything on the lot in one day. For those who can't make it out to the inland empire, there's also a live online version of the auction here.
