Fixing Some Storm Damage.

The creek behind the trees came out of its banks and washed the area between the dozer and the pickup away. Skimmed soil of the surrounding field and filled hole/put bank where it belongs.

Did you do anything
to stabilize the bank
so it doesn't happen again?

Seems lately we get
@ 3 100year rains a season.

Neo.... Nope, no stabilization. Its was offered but most farmers are tightwads. On another field for a different farmer I cleaned the field 2x to the tune of over 10K before he wanted me to rip rap the bank. I think I posted those pics on here to some time ago. Working in the creek was the title I think.

Understood.
The farmers I grew up with
never would have called you.
If they couldn't do it,
it didn't get done.

You don't see too many D6D's in that kind of shape. I can tell that it hasn't been used much. Undercarriage is nice, rock guards are nice, tilt cylinder is dry the the outside rails are hardly worn. Nice tractor. I would like to run her for a day.
