Hot water boiler weld/solder question

Hi there welders. I've removed a hot water boiler from a resturant demo and I'd like to use it as a job site hot water boiler in my trailer. The boiler is natural gas fired and has a copper interior with copper base and stainless steel housing on the four side walls outside. The copper leaks at the bottom. Anyone here have any ideas on how to weld or solder this to make a seal again? I've tried using a torch and leadfree solder but the flame on a torch is too big and heats everything up. Thanks in advance! David

There could be several issues here. Is it in fact a boiler and a pressure vessel? And what is the working pressure? Codes, safety, and liability are very strict with pressure vessels, and the governing body is the ASME. I don't know what to tell you, but I would consider **** canning it

There's really no pressure, it just gas fire from below burns until hot water is boiled. there's a thermostat and pretty much it.
