Hey all,

Just wondering how most of you decide who to refer jobs to after inspections. A lot of my work comes from referrals from Home Inspectors, I do mould remediation via Dry Ice Blasting. I basically have spoken at HI general meetings to educate on what it is we do...I guess I impressed some Home Inspectors and I've gotten work out of it. If I get a job from a referral I usually send the HI a couple movies passes or something...

What determines your referral?

I request them from every completed job, right on my, "End Of Job Evaluation For Customer Satisfaction", report form.

It behooves any contractor to try to pry someone elses referred name out of each customer you pleased.
