Actually Jordy, We SAW an explosion in Home Sales. Give it another 3-4 weeks before it hits the news as we report quarterly and June 30 is coming up fast. Thats the problem wit the news. When you guys hear it, it not current, its what happened last quarter. The boom in sales started Back in February when we saw a record number of buyers hitting the street. By late March we had a record number of Acceptable Offers and contracts were getting written up left and right. Since very few report the number of In Contract or Pending sales, many people will not even know about this until these homes close in 2-4 months. If they are Foreclosure or Short Sales, that could be 6-10 months.

Traditionally, June 30th marks the end of the Spring Season and things get real slow July and August due to vacations, school being out, parties, holidays etc. Only time it slower than July August is Nov. Dec.

No, not too many that I know of. I think most of them want to retire to a line of work with a little less liability.
