Wood Framing In Commercial

I'm use to framing in residential. I've not done commercial work in 10 years.I'm presently bidding a restaurant.I need to know the going sq footage rate and other things to be aware of? This is not steel framing. It's woodframing.

I'm sorry to sound rude, but you have given the least amount of information you could possibly give.

And there is no such thing as a "going rate"

the going rate

Re: Wood Framing In Commercial

So what makes this any different than residential?

Generally commercial is easier, as they usually are on slabs and have fewer walls, though they may be taller. But not any taller than high end residential.

Also don't try to bid something like this by the foot print sq. ft.
