What Is The Going Rate In Metro Atlanta For Metal Framing And Droping Ceiling

We just moved here from minneasota, We would like to know what is the going rate for framming commercial building? let say the areas of 50000 need to be framming and hanging sheet rock and ceiling of 22 foot height? what would you charge on something like this??? and where is the best commercial supply for this in metro atlanata? Thank you very much for all your help.

Do a search on Going Rate...the going rate will never be more than you need to charge...so determine your true costs..

If you really wanted help it might help to descibe the project a little more.

Is it just 4 walls and thats it? or is there 5,000 offices in there that all need fire walls?

Of course even with more info the best info you are going to get here is... YOU need to figure YOUR costs to do business and how long this will take. All of this needs to be included. Who puts an office ceiling in at 22'????

ACT down here can run anywhere from $2/SF to $4/SF depending on grid and tile selection, how cut up the room is, etc. Stud framing and drywall can start at $4.50 per SF of wall, and go up to over $10 depending on what the wall makeup is.

As you can see, getting "going rate" pricing is useless.
