NJ Commercial GC's....

i have some license/insurance/etc related questions...anyone up to answer them?

i can...actual commercial GC's are a rare commodity here...and ones in NJ number around 3 (and one of them now lives in GA)...and I don't think any of them are on...

what do you know about NJ commercial general contracting?

I can tell you that there's no license required, just a 90.00 registration fee and you have to be insured to get registered.

ok. i know there is no license. no other requirements than $90 and insurance?

Just fortitude and a high tolerance for pain. Lots of money and connections might come in handy, too. If you're wondering about any test or something, no, that's not required.
