Needing some help on pricing inside clean-up per sqft

Hey everyone,
I started a commercial cleaning business not too long ago and need some help on pricing per sqft. I know the average, at least for doing inside construction clean-up, is around .20-.24 sqft but how much extra does it average when the job includes stripping and waxing cvt? Also, does anyone know if the price per sqft runs about the same for construction clean-up and commercial offices? I appreciate your help!!

How many SF of VCT can your crew clean and wax in a day? Figure that out and convert it to $/SF, and you've got your answer.

The cost for construction cleaning is totally different from the cost of cleaning office space on a regular basis- it's a different work scope, different schedule, different equipment, and usually a different level of worker. If you haven't done it before, it's best to take a small contract for a short period and see how it works out before jumping in too quickly. Or, contact a few building managers and see what they're paying for the service now, and see if you can be competitive at those rates.
