We are probably dealing with the same issue. We have been working on TIs through a small network of property managers, comm. property owners, and individuals. The problem is finding new leads. I tried bidclerk but that did not work well. Any idea would help. Thanks.

Have you signed up for these services, and if so how are you satisfied with it. I have spent enough for lead services without any significant outcome and don't want to repeat the mistake.
Thanks a lot for the info.

I signed up for PRSM - Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association a year ago and it has been a good investment. It is just another organization like the Chamber or HBA that you will have to work to get results. I have gotten leads from just being on the members list - but mostly from direct mailings, emails and phone calls.

I ran across Chain Store Guide while doing research on mailing addresses for franchise restaurant and retail owners. This is the ONLY list like this that I was able to find. They are also not a lead service but do offer a very good mailing list and supporting data.

When we go nation wide someday I will go ahead and and buy one but I did not see the value in what they where charging for my service area $250 for 81 locations (we found almost 300 addresses on Google and call for verification).

Good luck,
Jesse

CHM, did you bid on the 1617 Mission project? I thought I saw your name on the list. We decided not to bid that job.

Keep this thread going...

I'm interested in bidding on monthly maintenance and service work for property managers and/or franchise stores and apartment complexes.
I'd like to start with landscaping service and move into painting, roofing, asphalt/parking lot repairs, etc.

Where do I start besides what was already mentioned. The key thing I'm looking for is monthly repeat service.

Thanks
