Looking for List or Website of New Commercial Projects
I am looking for a website or list of large scale commercial projects ($10M and in excess of $1B) where additional funding or a partnership is being requested.

I've been looking online for this information. Any help would be appreciated.

Call any developer- the banks are so tight right now that developers are standing on street corners begging for outside funding. Of course, finding a project that makes financial sense in today's market is a different story...........

They have a $700B, large-scale project. I'm sure they're looking for more investors.

I'm From Vegas but I have a website that helps find large scale jobs here. you might do a google search in your area to see if sites similar to these posted on my site are available in your area.
