I Need Help With Pricing On Commercial Finish Work And Door Hanging


I Just Started My Company I Do Finish Work From Doors To Cabinets And Trim Crown Molding Anything That Has To Do With Wood I Live In Southern California. I Need Help On A Project I Have Coming Up I Know How To Do The Work But I Don't Know How To Bid On It. I Hope Someone Can Help Me Thank You

Well I just bid on my first two commercial trim jobs, I just looked at the plans(im framing and rocking it as well) kinda of added up the amount of trim there was in feet for materials then added 10 percent. Found out the cost, marked it up 15% then I just figured how long it would take hourly just going room by room and multiplied it by 45 an hour. Price looked good to me when it was done.
