How To Bid Commercial Projects? Need Help

I am breaking intot the commercial construction market. I need help in the areas of estimating to be able to submit my bids for diffferent projects. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That is because once they realize that it involves more than scratching a few numbers on a napkin and that they actually have to be able to cover finances without upfront draws, they decide not to do commercial contracting.

I usually take all the materials needed for the job and lay them out.

I than take them one by one and weigh them on a scale.

I take that number and divide it by the total weight of the GC's mother and WA-LA!!

It's so simple!

I bet you get screwed when she's a porker. I would use a lower # to divide by myself.
