1.21 gW! = 1210 mW = 1,210,000 kW = 1,210,000,000 watts 1,210,000,000 watts x $3.00 = $3,630,000,000 If I supply the flux capacitor, would you drop to $1/W? |

- the car weigh (measured in joules) - the flux capacitor weigh (measured in foot candles) I'm sure we can work something out.

Thanks![/QUOTE] Hey Matt don't mind these idiots - some people just never grow up ... i apologize for them. to answer your question, the going rate on labor for light guage metal framing is about $8.30 per sq. ft. For heavy, it's about $11.76 per sq. ft. Hell, my rule of thumb back when I was doin this stuff ... I just doubled the price from light to heavy. Made a lotta sense back then .... hmm, kinda still makes sense now I guess. Oh wait - those were residential.... ok, for commercial, you just gotta like multiply everything by 30% ... that's how you get your Gross Markup. But don't confuse that with Gross Revenue (which means that's how much money people are givin you). All in all, just remember that you mulitply everythign by 30% goign from residential to commercial ... thats' in a book i read when i was gettting my degress in construction management. i made sailboats wheni ;was a little kid ansd just wanted to makes stuff the rest sof my llifes so i stiaterd building mores salseiboatsssssssssssss (sorry, i was um, fallling asleep) ![]() Anyways, good luck man Cheers Dirt
