CMU Installation

We've never hired anyone for CMU but don't want to waste anyone's time on a bid because it's not definite that we're going to us it. I'm trying to ballpark the cost on 8" x 16" concrete block installation. The walls are all rectangular, and the highest wall is 8' high so no scaffolding necessary. Probably about 1000 sq. ft. total.

Thanks in advance

Are you in rural Arkansas, or downtown Manhattan? The answer to that will greatly affect your costs.

He is somewhere with access to very tall bricklayers if he is going to build an 8' high wall with no scaffolding. The mortar spread will be interesting.

CMU's - $ 58000.00 plus expenses

ICF's - $ 30000.00 plus expenses

Chris Klee...you forgot...profit is not a dirty word
