This can't be a serious question.

It should be a straight forward job, if you have any experience with construction at all. Get a plan together and go from there. I am still confused by the question.

If you have no idea what you're doing and can get a cost plus contract, I say go for it. Good luck!

I have a hand-crank pencil sharpener mounted on a shelf in my office closet, and one on the wall in the garage as well. I pick them up when I buy houses.

Anyway, these would be good add-ons for that office building. I would definitely put one in the printer/copier/fax room. You might put a couch in there and call it the printer/copier/fax/lactation room. Better have a lock on the door as well and then it could be the printer/copier/fax/lactation/fornication room. Should have a fridge in there for breast milk and for storing lunch/beer.

You know if it's going to be a green office, people will want to bike to work, so I'd put a shower in there and call it the multipurpose room.

One other thing, put an overhead door on the back with an adjustable height loading dock. Now you've got flex space.

Is it 8 offices, 2 bathrooms, and 1 room for the copy, fax, and printer bringing the total to 11 rooms? Or, 8 offices, 2 bathrooms, Copy room, Fax room, and a Printer room bring the total to 13 rooms? Is it going to have a hallway or are the employees going to repel from the roof into their respective offices? I think they actually design a special roof hinge for accessing the attic or living space that is resistant to wind lift. A little more information would help us out a lot.

Screw it. Just do it for free..

You could use the experience more than the money.

P.S. Before you can start bidding jobs, you first need to learn to spell bidding.

I recommend you get the appropriate license either Building Contractor or a General Contractor's License.

We already have too many unlicensed hack's like you in Florida, we don't need anymore.

Go away.
