Bathroom Cost Estimation And Breakdown

Hey all! I've been searching for too long to find a price breakdown for estimating the cost for a new commercial bathroom.

We've been contracted to completely gut the 2nd floor of an old commercial building and remodel it into an office. I have no idea how much it might cost to put in a completely new bathroom.

I know there are many variable factors, but I'm just looking for a ballpark breakdown for estimating how much it generally costs to put in commercial bathrooms.

We're new to commercial and haven't had the opportunity to do a commercial bathroom until now.

PLEASE HELP!
