Steps w/multiple pours

I will be pouring a small pad(6x8) w/ stairs going off the pad in 3 directions. 3 steps down to grass on one side, 2 steps down to a pool sidewalk next to that, and 3 steps going up to a sunroom after that. The 4th side is even with grade. And the stairs will be radius. Now here is my issue, I work alone, and am only able to work half days, so I can't place all concrete @ once. Obviously there will be cold joints, but what is the best way to approach this ?? I was thinking of pouring the pad 1st, and then forming and pouring each set of steps individually. Rebar coming out of the pad and tied to the steps ?? Celotex @ the joints ?? Thanks for any help.
