Stamped Asphalt

Has Anyone here done stamped asphalt before? Does the surface last? Is their any tricks to it? Does the color hold up? Where is the best place to buy the stamps? I am looking to getting in to stamping asphalt but need some insight.

Re: Stamped Asphalt

Not to put to fine a point on this but --- are you nucking futs?

Concrete is stamped because the impression will last after it sets, even when it gets really hot out & weight is applied. The only time I have seen colored asphalt is when paint is applied or they use colored gravel / stones

Sorry try again, the next idea might be better --- Location & an intro might be good ideas
