Quoting Grade Beams.
I'm bidding on a job that requires about 70' of 8" x 2' grade beam. What all should i include with my estimating? Are there any general rules of thumb that i should follow?
Thanks, Colbs |

Re: Quoting Grade Beams.
Who's excavating, what's the rebar/cage requirement, all straight, any curved walls, how many corners/angles, any steps, how deep, is the trench going to be big enough for the beam and a guy working or is he compressed down there.
Lots of considerations, plus your in Saskatchewan...when is this being done Winter, Winter, Winter or Winter
