Peaked Concrete In Basement
Was wondering what the best method for fixing the peaks and cracks in my basement , i know the permanent solution is removing , new soil etc . I had estimates for 25K + so just wanted to get back to level enough for at least carpet in main areas and tile in bath and laundry rooms . I was thinking of jack-hammering out the peaks then fill to level , then self level after that . Then my buddy was talking about "grinding " off the peaks then barely any filling is needed , both jobs dont sound fun but less mess and filling if the grinding would work .
Any suggestions would be appreciated |
