Low Spot In Concrete
I had a sub do the concrete work around a spec house. He left a low spot right in front of the garage.
He has since come in and sawed a line to carry the water out. If this does not work do you have any suggestions on fixing the problem short of tearing out a section of concrete?

Re: Low Spot In Concrete
Spec house and an obvious problem in the worst possible place? No excuse for the problem!
There is no quation from a business standpoint, but to replace it as soon as possible so it will not be as noticeable. Then add something that is a noticeable asset near by to distract everyone. The only question is who does the job and who pays for it. - Your old sub or yourself using your new sub for the rest of your work?
