chip seal

NEED HELP! 1,200 ft. lumpy bumpy gravel approximately 45 degree angle from main road several large drainage areas across road from runoff how much base and what needs done about drainage to chip seal?

The bumby gravel chip seal should have drainage across from the main rd. the 45 deg angle is acceptable in most cases i would recomend 2' of base, but no less than 6''. I think Rory would agree with me. G
