The first one isn't too bad...
Second one is just that...a big No. 2
3rd one is pretty horrid also.

Agreed, but you would be suprised on the money they spend with us on the odd color and the designs... South Beach Florida is a very "over the top" and "Artsy" place.

I will post some kitchens and you will fall off your chair.

I actually like the second one the best. If you scrapped that vanity setup and did a simple solid pedestal out of Caesarstone's "Apple Martini" instead it would look pretty awsome.

None of those are pics. The lighting is the give-away. In the first and third pictures there is a light within a light and the light casting are too perfect as well as the reflections of the cans in the tiles.

I agree with Orson. The second is the only acceptable one bar the green. Change the color and you have a stunning Neo-Deco bathroom for a Neo-Deco Living Dirtrict.

Very Nice work, the second one is like out of a Dick Tracey Movie.

Nice work. If that rendered from CA?

The first and third bathrooms are too open although I like the color scheme of the first. The second bathroom is fairly ugly IMO.

Actually, the thread title is the give-away.

Rendering does seem to explain the content. I just wanted to point out the weaknesses/inconsistencies so persons can tell the difference.

Corect they are actual renderings of some jobs that were done in South Beach, NOT actual photos. Anyone can tell that they are renderings, so you must of mis-understood the post.

Wow, some harsh critics.

If the checks cleared they look sweet to me, cause I have a pretty good idea on the ball park figures for what those would have run!

If those renderings are accurate for what the jobs ended up being...

Cha-Ching!

I also agree with you on the open layout but I guess when your penthouse is 8000 sf you have alot of room...

Also remember South Beach is an extremely over the top design district and everyone is into very odd designs. Your not in Kansas Toto!

Florida designs, colors etc are acquired taste if you are not from there. But if its your thing you love it. I know I did. My house has that Florida feel on the inside. I just can't shake it
