rendering?

what program would i use to change a pic of homeowners house and then change colors of the capping or windows in order to show what house would look like when im done

Archicad does a very nice job and so do you Rick but I think the OP was interested in a Photoshop type program to change colors in a picture.

There is a recent thread on just this topic that makes mention of a really nice program for doing just this. Do a search for it. I also remember getting a program from Vista paint that would do a decent job of coloring a digital photo of a house. That was about 5 years ago I think.
