Spraying House While Wife Is Pregnant

Any suggestions. We just moved into our new house and it needs to be sprayed. Ants, roaches etc. I am spraying them when she is at work with Home Defense but it doesnt last too long. I wanna get the house sprayed by a professional but I am leary because she is pregnant. On the other hand I wanna get it done before our son is born.... So should she stay at her moms for a few or am I just overeacting?

I would have to agree, however when you call a professional you can also ask them to use ant gels which will be harmless to anyone pregnant. Endless of course she eats the gel.

There are minimum risk pesticides made from plant materials but as far as Eco smart working better I really don't think so. If they did then every bug man on earth would be using them.

Pesticides are not as terrible in the hands of a pro as they are with a homeowner.

There are organic sprays that can be applied. The only difference is that it will need to be re-applied more often depending on the issues.

In this situation I would try to use one of the gel baits. The gel is generally put in an area the pest will get to and should not cause problems for any humans or pets. They will take the gel bait back to colony and share and kill off entire community. This is great for ants especially as the ants will take this back to queen and kill the main problem.

Treat the outside. Most ant problems originate from outside. Most all of my treatments nowadays are outside only this is one reason why.

Yeah i'd get out of the house for a weekend, or even a week if possible. It's just not worth the risk!
