Question wet blown cellulose

Hello,
I work for a weatherization non-profit out here in Washington. The crew had our first wet blow last week and it sucked. The pressure was fine on the blower and the water pump, we have a kick ass nozzle, and we tried out different angles for getting the cell to stick. Nada.
We switched to a dry dense pack and the homeowner is fine, but I would like to know what we did wrong and how to do it better.
Has anyone successfully blown wet cellulose, and if so exactly what brand of material, what pressure of air/water, did you use an adhesive, and what particular techniques have worked for you?
Cheers,
-Dan
