Spray Foam Insulation

If spraying insulation on top of wood siding what is the best vapour barrier to use. I'm thinking either 15 lb felt paper or tyveck. Finish product will be wood siding, some type of barrier, 3" foam insulation, and then another layer of wood siding. I appreciate any input on this subject.
