review attic insulation webpage please

Ok I put this page on my website today. My adwords and Yahoo PPC campaigns will likley go live on Monday. I wanted to get some opionions before I start throwing away money.

First, other than the complete lack of photos, any suggestions on the wording? I also know there is one missing link on the bottom in regards to attic ventilation in the additional resources. I also plan to write up an article on cellulose vs fiberglass. What about the part where I talk about the big boxes?

So your thoughts? Chicago Attic Insulation

Let me guess. One of the keyword phrases is 'Reliable American'. As long as your bounce rate stays low, and you get click throughs that translate into calls, that's great.

You're right, it's wordy. Are you planning on adding pictures?

Don't be fooled by the Big-Box stores offering to insulate your attic for a dollar, then charging you 5 times that ammount for a decent attic insulation system that meets minimum code.
spelling error

Did you know most homes built before the 80's do not meet current building code for energy efficiency?

IMHO too many 'did you know'

I'd format all of these questions as statements.

American - bottom of the page is not capitilized
Consider rewording this
Quote:
Did you know most homes built before the 80's do not meet current building code for energy efficiency? Most homes actually have only 20% the current minimal R value for attic insulation. Most code requirements for the Chicago Illinois area state that attic insulation should be an R 38 in the attic, while most homes actually only have an R 8. R value is the rating of various insulation types. The higher the R value, typically the better.
Did you know most homes built before the 80's do not meet current building code for energy efficiency? Energy efficiency is based partly off of the insulations R value, the higher the R value, the better. In Chicago attic insulation should have an R 38 rating. Unfortunatly most older homes have only 20% of that amount (or something similiar)

The what will you get section - break it down into what they get from the inspection, and what they will end up with after the work is done (Might want to mention it is soffit ventilation) You might also want to charge for the inspection

You might want a seprate page on how a new shingle roof will save money & provide a link

I definetly am planning on adding photos this week end, and it is purposely wordy for the search engines to pick up on. However while I want it wordy for the search engines, I don't want it too wordy where it won't make sense to the people viewing it. Therefore I need the word "attic insulation" to re-occur as often as possible.

Thank you for the spelling error, I don't know why my spell check didn't pick that up That's why I asked for the review, if you've read any of my posts you'll know I am real good at typos.

I don't want a page describing how they will save money, just that they will save money. I want them to call us so we can setup an appointment for the free inspection, which is really an estimate. I do not intend to charge for this, there's no need since we don't charge for our other estimates. Really all they'll save is $150 which is a mobilization fee applied to all jobs regardless of size. Therefore if they call me today for a roof I add $150 to the job, and if next week it's gutters, I again add $150, and a month from now insulation, I again add $150. This $150 is to cover back office processing, scheduling etc. However if they call me and want a roof and gutters and insulation, I only add the $150 once, not three times. I know it's kinda confusing to people who don't fully understand my pricing structure. The whole point, however, is to get them interested enough to call or email.
