Graco e10

Hey guys. I know this sounds a bit unconventional but i was considering adding a small spray foam division to my company using a portable E10 or a portable ABI unit that i could haul around in an enclosed trailer with say 2 sets of material to do say rim cavity and bonus rooms. I know i would be constantly filling it but i would have someone there helping me fill while i spray. Does this sound practical?

also, would someone be able to spray the walls of an average house with this unit or would it be painfully slow. How much slower than a rig setup? Remember im trying to keep low scale and low overhead

thanks guys

I have an e10 that I use for the way you want to. Its very portable but it needs lots of stuff. Compressors power etc. You need two guys to run it. The day tanks that are part of the machine don't last that long so they need to be refilled. then you need to wait for it to get warm. I have done 1500 sf additions with it with no problem. It could do a big house might take a little longer and the guy refilling wont be happy. I have sprayed a full set in a day (55 gal, 18000 BF) the bigest problem I have is that I don't use it enough. When the gun sits for a few weeks it seems to be nothing but problems. Like most machines they work best when used all the time. You need 220v 20 amps and lots of air!!!
