Exterior Blown In/ Floor Joists

I need to blow in insulation into floor joists from the exterior. A finished cieling below and a 2nd level above.

I need advice/tricks on how to stop or block the insulation roughly 2 feet into the floor joist cavity before I blow in insulation?

Advise is very appreciated

Why does it have to stop two feet in? Unless you make a hole big enough to get your hand in I am not sure how you could do this

But you would need a hole big enough to do that
