Yet Another "what Do I Charge" Thread...

I am a new business owner (over 10 years in the painting business), I may potentially be getting a large account with a new residential builder, just wondering if you had any tips for bidding the jobs? I don't want to overbid and lose the builder, but on the other hand I don't want to jack myself out of money either.
