Wicked Tendenitis
Does anybody else get tendenitis in their wrist after pressurewashing? Wasn't sure if it is a common complaint of people who pressurewash often.

Re: Wicked Tendenitis
I do not know if I had a little of that the past couple weeks, but after cutting in all day and spraying HVLP in the evening, the back of my had and a little into the wrist got to be quite uncomfortable if I did not rest it for a little bit. I did not realize that turning 30 this month meant that I would start falling apart.

Re: Wicked Tendenitis
my wrists get sore sometimes after doing certain things I dont do all the time...last week I spread 4 bags of mortar on a basement wall so I could drylok it...god my wrists hurt, but all better now......
I'm big on lifting weights, it definitely helps me out on those tougher days-if you're planning on doing this all the time, do some good strength training- it could help a lot....pressure washing is tough
