Re: Who Would Have Guessed?
Key factor in any sale is making the original purchase at the best price.
Then, negotiating for improvements, as correctly asessed before purchase. A qualified buyer should then be no problem for a suitably refurbished product presented at a reasonable profit. But there's NO free lunch! Construction is all blood, sweat, and tears. r |

Re: Who Would Have Guessed?
When I watch most of those renovations I think I hope I never end up buying a house these guys worked on. I would like to go in and see one after it is complete to see if I am right about how bad it must be or be impressed to the point of amazement if I am wrong.
