Where can I buy these door hangers?
I'm sure everyone has seen them.
They are door hangers with no slits.
They actually do have slits, several small cuts from the hole, but don't go all the way out.

No, he's talking about the cards you hang on doors for advertising.
But, I don't know where to get the ones mentioned.

Those are all great places but they don't offer the type of door hanger I'm looking for.

If you go to your local print shop, they will have a catalog of hundreds of different types door hangers.
Page through it to find the one you like and they can get it and print on it for you.
If your local print shop doesn't have them and can't make a custom die for you, as a last resort you could try Kinko's...

The reason the single slit type are more common is that they work on almost all doors where the kind with the circle of notches around the opening only works on more traditional door knobs. If someone has a fancy door handle, they won't work. Or if someone has their storm or screen door locked, they won't work on those types of handles either.
Is there a reason you are insistent on the round opening with the notches?

we usually stuff the door hangers in the newspaper slot next to the mailbox.
if they have no newspaper slot, we'll hang on door
no walking around
and can knock out a lot more a whole lot faster
really its a numbers game

We just had a big stamp made and just stamp it on the door. Let's see the wind bother that!

And you get the job to repaint the door as a way to get your foot in the door for the rest of the house.
