Whats The Best Way To Find Comercial Work?
Ive been a painting contractor for ten years now I do mainly residential have done some resturants churches etc.But now the comercial work is everywhere but I cant seem to get any of it any sugestions?

So I have been hitting some job sites and have managed to talk to three superintendents but they already had painters lined up..Damn I should have got there sooner but how??

My advice, stick with residential. More money/profit on those jobs than new construction, and way less headaches. Check out this thread.
