What Would U Charge?

I have been asked to give a bid for a paint job for the local mill. It is kinda cut and dry but I dont want to underbid it. It is exterior concrete walls (total 3065 sqft). They are supplying the paint. Not too much prep involved. any suggestions? thanks

Paintnig... heh, well is it raw block walls? re-paint? How high? cut n roll or spray, what is not much prep? How many coats? Working around stuff or out in the open?
