Waterproof Systems

What do you recommend for waterproofing. Exterior is Brick, that has been painted with Moorgard- low luster. It was a custom color the owner was after. It's been several years since, but now they want to waterproof the home. Exterior is in great condition, will give it a light power washing to get any surace dirt and grime off, but need some suggestions on what product to use. Also, how to apply. Spray or roll for this type of product? Coverage is about 5,000 sq ft. Thanks.

Ben Moore did make an elastomeric-type system called Moore-lastic. SW has one called ConFlex and I'm sure there are a host of others from other suppliers. Coverage is not the hallmark of these prodcucts since they require significant thickness to be effective. Probably want to spray and backroll.

Talk to your BM or SW Rep

Elastomeric is a great product... it will take a decent pump to apply it.
tip size should be 26 & no dilution of product. backroll.
