Wallpaper Removal And Texture

I am currently bidding on a job that requires that remove popcorn from the ceiling-then texture and paint. Also, remove wall paper and texture and prime and paint. What is the best way to bid this room.

thanks,

The best way to bid the room would be to use your production rates and pricing schedules. If you don't know those, then try the WAG method.

Have you done either before?
They are both tricky things that require a bit of know how and patience.
