Vines on Stucco walls

I 'am going to be painting the exterior (stucco) of a large two story home.
I've already pressure washed and where ever these vines had grown up the wall the roots of the vines are still there. Previously on a one story home I used my Millwuakee heat gun and a wire brush and that worked great! But, that was just for a couple areas 8' high. This job has alot of these up to 20' high. Any ideas? Thanks.

Been there, done that and hope I don't ever have to do it again especially at that height. We've used the procedures you have used and they worked for us. I hope someone steps up to bat with an easier method - I'll be checking back for responses. Lots of luck and work safe.

I tried the RED tip and then the YELLOW tip. They both took off the vine root and the stucco texture. The GREEN tip didn't touch it.

Anybody got any tricks?
Or is the heat gun and wire brush the best option?

I had a big job last year of a stucco repairs and the place had vines I use a tip that they call the Turbo tip. it's a zero tip that rotates it worked really good but it takes time to get them off but it worked pretty good.

You have to burn them off-we do this all the time with(I don't know exact name), the larger pistol grip torch that attaches to a propane tank.

I got rid of the vines. After the initial pressure wash, I came back about 2 weeks later and pressure washed them again w/ the green tip. I think they dried out after the 2 weeks, and came right off.

After 2nd washing
