Ken,
That's a great video on your site, did you make it yourself?

I'm curious is your housewash fomula propriatary? Do you buy or sell it somewhere?

Re: TSP & Pressure Washer

Thanks guys. Housewash formula is proprietary and made for me by a local chem house. I will probably be selling it on the RAD site later in the season.

Sean, the three plans have worked out excellent. The lowest price plan keeps me in line with the lower priced companies. Most people go for the middle plan which is where I have the most profit margin. It's a great selling tool.

Ken is correct, ANY pressure can damage the roof/shingle bond, and harm the roof.
We get Hurricanes here in the Tampa area.
The last Hurricanes did hurt roof cleaning in the Tampa area.
Many customers got new roofs
They are starting to get dirty now.

Re: TSP & Pressure Washer

This year I went down a new road and decided to sub my pw-ing out to a guy with a heated setup and all of the chemicals. He was the house completely and takes down all shutters for $200 for your average colonial. Good deal for me bc I would have a couple of monkeys do it on rainy days and they would always do it half assed and take forever and that didnt count taking down shutters, gas/bleach, etc., so the $200 is well spent to me.
