Touching up before eggshell

Hi, what do you guys use to touch mud prior to applying eggshell to stop flashing.

I usually have a can of Zinsser 1-2-3, BM Fresh Start, or SWP Prep Rite open

I used to use Bin for almost everything, but I switched to Zinsser products. I believe that fast prime is a very good product, as well as 1-2-3. Both dry in about a half hour, and you can topcoat in an hour or so. only problem that I have had was application over chip-board, and the few spots that showed brown covered with an additional coat of spot prime.

I used superpaint actually it was the satin and I primed the mud with preprite problock and not 1 bit of flashing
