Time To Re Pack My Seals On My Airless Soon


starting to leak just a bit now...so re building can not be far away ...how hard is it ? how about torquing the seals to a specific torque ? anyone have any feedback ? it is a graco 390 st...Thank You

I had to repack my 390 last year, it was relativley easy, took me less that 1/2 hour, had to do it right on the job as well. Here is a link to the pump manual I used, hopefully it will match yours as well.

I repack my units, it is a pretty easy process, just follow the instructions soak the leather packings in 30 weight motor for an hour before packing. The first time i repacked my 695 it took me about 40 minutes.
