Time To Complete


How long should it take me with 3 guys to do the following:

1 average size bath- remove popcorn from ceiling,texture,prime, and paint and texture walls

3 bedroom- remove popcorn from ceiling,texture prime and paint Trim also.

Paint all ceilings and walls in trim on walls

Asbestos?
Vacant or occupied?
Painted?
One color or more?
Guys experienced?
How high?

Kind of depends on the situation. Also I think you may be missing a step. Most ceilings I do this to require finishing as when they popcorn usually only one coat is used. It is common to find sagging rock and nail pops. You should be able to determine if you're facing this by pushing up on the ceiling.
